2012 Rules Protest Procedure and Form

According to rule 4.03:

The rules of the VFBL will be enforced by the order of the Commissioner and/or Vice-Commissioner. (a) Any protest of the rules must be made before Sunday 11:59pm of the current play week. (b) In case of a rules protest, the Commission will vote with a 3/4 vote needed to uphold any protest. (c) Any rule not specifically covered within these rules will be adjudicated by the Commission.
